Your memories
Fourteen to eighteen small, specific things — each one becomes an answer in your crossword. Rough notes are fine: a place, a habit, a running joke, something only the two of you would recognise.
Examples: “The blue kitchen in the first flat.” · “Always burns the toast on a Sunday.” · “The trip to Venice in 2003.” · “Calls the dog by the wrong name.”
Your memories are stored only to build this puzzle, encrypted on our own server in Germany, and deleted 24 hours after your finished PDF is made. Nobody reads them in the ordinary course of making your puzzle, and we never ask for your e-mail address. Privacy notice.

Read every clue
One row per answer: the answer that goes in the grid, and the clue that will be printed. A rich memory can give two answers. Edit anything you like.
You are writing the clues yourself. Our writing assistant is not available at the moment, so each row starts from your own memory. The grid, the preview and the PDF never needed it.
Before we build the grid
How the clues are written: inside our design tool an AI writing assistant suggests answer-and-clue wording from the memories you type. You read, edit and approve every single clue before the puzzle is made — nothing is printed that you have not approved. The crossword design, grid engine, typography and layout are our own original work.

This is exactly what gets printed: page 1 is the puzzle with its clue lists, page 2 is the full solution. Page 3 of the PDF is your order confirmation, for your records rather than the gift.
