All Keepsake Clues items are digital: print-ready PDF files. No physical item is shipped. The current price, including VAT where it applies, and exactly what is included are shown on the Etsy listing at the time of your order.

• Made-to-order crossword: we write the clues from the details you give us and deliver one personalised crossword as a PDF. The first draft of the clues is written by a language model running on hardware administered by us; a person reads every clue, corrects it where needed and approves the puzzle before delivery.
• Crossword you make yourself: the Etsy download contains a code for our free tool at keepsakeclues.com/create, where you write, edit and approve the clues and download your personalised PDF.
• Printables: ready-made files delivered by Etsy as an instant download.

Orders are placed through the Keepsake Clues shop on Etsy. Your contract is with Paradoxx UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Danksteder Straße 11, 26316 Varel, Germany, email: contact@keepsakeclues.com, telephone: +49 4451 1279041. Etsy operates the checkout and the payment process; Etsy’s own terms apply to the use of that platform in addition to these terms. This website itself has no checkout and takes no payments.

For a made-to-order crossword, you give us names, occasion details and memories in the personalisation boxes on Etsy. For the crossword you make yourself, you type them into the tool. You confirm that you may share these details and grant us permission to use them solely to prepare and deliver your order. Please do not include sensitive information about anyone, such as health details.

• Made-to-order: delivery begins after a complete set of details has been received and is normally within 1–3 days. Each order includes one reasonable correction pass for factual errors, such as an incorrect spelling or date. It does not include a replacement concept, another puzzle, or open-ended revisions.
• Crossword you make yourself: the Etsy file is available immediately after payment. The tool drafts clue suggestions with an AI writing assistant (a language model running on hardware administered by us), and says so in the tool; you read, edit and approve every clue before the puzzle is made, and you can download the finished PDF again for 14 days. If the writing assistant is unavailable, you can write the clues yourself. The tool starts only after you tick its start box (section 5); it then first gives you a confirmation of your agreement as a PDF file. If you do not tick it, no puzzle is made during the 14-day withdrawal period and your full right of withdrawal remains; you can make your puzzle once the 14 days are over by unlocking the tool again with your order number and code, within 180 days of your order. What you type into the tool for an unfinished puzzle is deleted after 7 days without activity.

If you buy as a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the conclusion of the contract. For made-to-order crosswords and printables it applies even after delivery or download. For the crossword you make yourself at /create, it ends early only if you agree to that in the tool before your puzzle is made. How to withdraw and the model withdrawal form are on the Right of withdrawal page; we refund all payments no later than 14 days after we receive your withdrawal. Your statutory rights, including the rights for defective digital content, are not limited by these terms.

We are not obliged and not willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle).
