Terms for your keepsake puzzle.

1. Your submitted content

By submitting names, memories, answers, clues, or other content, you grant Keepsake Clues a license to use that content solely to generate and deliver your puzzle. We do not claim ownership of what you submit.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary consent to submit any third-party personal data. Do not submit illegal, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful content.

2. How puzzles are made

Puzzles are generated automatically from your input with limited human review before delivery. Please check your clues and answers carefully before purchase so the final puzzle reflects what you want to give.

3. Digital delivery and re-downloads

Your completed puzzle is provided as a downloadable digital file. After delivery, your download and re-download access remains available for exactly 30 days from the completed order. Please save a copy during that period.

4. Immediate delivery and withdrawal

Where you expressly request immediate creation and delivery before the standard 14-day withdrawal period ends, and acknowledge the resulting loss of the withdrawal right once delivery is complete, we record that confirmation before checkout. If you need to contact us about an order, use the Cancel my order form. Submitting a request does not itself confirm cancellation, refund, or eligibility.

5. Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. This does not deprive consumers of mandatory consumer-protection rights available in their country of residence.
