No — it is a made-to-order digital keepsake. You receive one print-ready A4 PDF, and nothing is shipped to you.
When does the delivery window begin?
It begins when your intake is complete, not at the moment you order. From that point, delivery is normally within 1–3 days.
Do I need to write clues?
No. Send 10–15 raw memories, names and in-jokes at checkout; the clue-writing is done by Keepsake Clues.
Can I cancel?
Yes. As a consumer you can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. For made-to-order crosswords and printables this holds even after the PDF has been delivered. For the crossword you make yourself at /create, it ends early only if you agree to that in the tool before your puzzle is made. Tell us by email or through Etsy and we refund you; the Right of withdrawal page explains how.
