What is included?
One personalised anniversary crossword, written by Keepsake Clues from the memories you send and delivered as a single print-ready A4 PDF with an answer key. One reasonable correction pass for factual errors is part of the price.
What do I need to send?
Ten to fifteen raw memories: names, small rituals, in-jokes and the anniversary context. You do not need to write clues or work out crossword answers — that part is ours.
When will it arrive?
Delivery is normally within 1–3 days, counted from a complete intake rather than from the moment you order. If something is still missing, the days start once it reaches us.
Can I request changes?
Every order includes one reasonable correction pass for factual errors — a misspelt name or a wrong date, say. It does not cover a replacement concept, a second puzzle or open-ended revisions.
Will anything be posted to me?
No. This is a made-to-order digital product: you receive a print-ready A4 PDF, and no physical item is shipped.
Can I cancel or ask for a refund?
Yes. As a consumer you can withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving a reason. For made-to-order crosswords and printables this holds even after the PDF has been delivered. For the crossword you make yourself at /create, it ends early only if you agree to that in the tool before your puzzle is made. Tell us by email or through Etsy and we refund you.
